Capt Allroy Collaco’s domain knowledge is drawn from the wide spectrum of experience in managing independent operations with optimal utilization of resources with a rich experience in Manufacturing , Infrastructure, Airports Telecom , Power sector , E-commerce Defence and now presently Chambers , At present he is the Assistant Secretary general at FICCI.

Allroy has about 30 years of experience in the field of Facility Management, Real Estate &Project Management , Contract labour& General Administration, Procuremnet , Vendor Management , Human Resources , Security , Environment , Health & Safety.

A keen strategist and a dynamic go getter with the rich experience of managing independent operations & ensuring optimal utilization of resources , proficient in developing & stream ling systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters .A result proven, focused and enterprising professional with strong leadership qualities.

A focused & enterprising professional with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity & initiatives, a change agent who believes that the future of the facilities and security lies with the next generation , mixes technologies with talent for developing new leaders .

Has been a speaker at various Facilities Management , Security & Safety conferences at Delhi, Chennai , Mumbai , Pune & Bangalore .On the board of directors for the International Facilities Management India Chapter , a qualified Certified Facility Manger, Certified Security Manager and is also pursuing a course in Certified Fraud Management from ASIS .A member of FSAI – North Chapter .He is a board member for IISSM Delhi chapter .

He is also serving as an Honorary Board Member on the board of iNFHRA, an industry body and a member based Not for Profit association, working towards the betterment & promotion of the Facility Management, Administration & Corporate Real Estate fraternity.

He has presented papers on various Facilities Management subjects latest being papers on “Energy Efficiency “& “Defining Bench marking in Facilities “, at the Marcus Evans forum in Mumbai . He has also conducted two courses on Aviation Security at Delhi in association with IISSM. He is also one of the founding bricks for GACS – Global Association for corporate services which has about 5000 members pan India.

He has to his credit of doing a course from MIT on “Aviation systems, process, designing and procedures “.At present he is pursuing a course in Project & Facilities Management from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors from Scotland.
