General Category Trainers detailed to attend the programme should be :-
Diploma in Security Operations / Industrial Security / Security Management With at least two years’ experience in security service management.
Graduation in any field with at least two years experience in Security Service Management. Trainers having attended additional Security Programmes from within / outside the country will be preferred.
Ex Servicemen, including Para-Military Forces & Police, (Officers/JCO/NCO and equivalent),
Service Courses/qualifications and service experience accorded corresponding degree by Govt of India vide DOPT letter No 11012/8/82/Est (d) dt 12 Feb 1987 and corresponding IGNOU Degree vide project Gyandeep, will be accepted.
Personnel having served as Instructors in the recognized training institution will be preferred.


(a) Diploma/Certificate in Security Operations /Industrial Security /Security Management / Graduation with at least five year experience in Security Service Sector including besides Defense/Para-Military/Police/ National Cadet Corps.
(b) Teacher/Lecturer with minimum teaching experience of two years, but security related.
(c) Academic qualification minimum Graduate.
(d) Quality Inspector/Assessor/ Verifier background with Security/ Vocational Training experience.

Answer:- A fee of Rs 10,000/- will be charged for certification as Certified Trainer (CT) by SSSDC.
An additional Rs 5000/- will be charged for certification as Assessor, in addition to CT
